2002′de Denver’da kurulmuş bir Amerikalı müzik grubu. Isaac Slade, Joe King , Dave Welsh ve Ben Wysocki’den oluşan grup 2005 yılında How save a life adında debut albümlerini çıkardılar. Grubun How to Save a Life parçasının meşhur olmasının bir nedeni de Scrubs ve Grey’s Anatomy adlı dizilerde duyulması ile oldu.
Grubu Coldplay‘e benzeten çok. Bunda da parçalarda sık sık piano ve akustik gitar kullanmaları da katkı sağlıyor açıkçası. Ha ben neden The Fray‘i anlatıyorum size çünkü son 3 gündür aralıksız bu elemanları dinliyorum ne hikmetse 
Özellikle How to Save a Life ile Over My Head parçalarını döndürüp döndürüp dinliyorum. Üşenmeyip bir de videolarını koydum
